Biography

2025-26: One of VMI’s staples at 149 pounds…went 12-10 overall with eight dual wins for 35 points…was 3-1 in conference play…led the team for the second-straight year with five falls…produced a team-best 35 dual points…posted three major decisions…won SoCon Wrestler of the Week on November 12…had his first nationally-ranked win with a decision over The Citadel’s No. 31 Carson DesRosier…placed sixth in the Soldier Salute.

2024-25: Started his sophomore campaign hot, winning his first eight matchups en route to 22 victories at 149 pounds…was ranked 28th in RPI in the first polls in February…posted a team-high 13 falls, and was once top 10 in the nation in the statistic (February 5)…went 10-3 in duals with five SoCon wins for a total of 52 dual points…scored a 12-4 tournament record…won the 149 FR/SO bracket at the Southeast Open and the 149 bracket at the Purple Raider Open…placed fourth in the 149C bracket at the Journeymen Wrestling Collegiate Classic…was named the first SoCon Wrestler of the Week of the season...earned a nationally-ranked win against Campbell...named NWCA Scholar All-American for the second-straight year...earned SoCon Honor Roll and Commissioner's Medal honors.

2023-24: Named to the SoCon Academic Honor Roll...named to the SoCon All-Freshman Team…earned NWCA All-American Scholar accolades…received national RPI rankings in February…titled SoCon Wrestler of the Week in December…recorded an 18-13 record with nine wins in duals and tournaments…tabbed 40 dual points…went 1-2 at the SoCon Tournament.

Before VMI: Lettered for four seasons at New Kent …wrestled at 138-145 pounds and was a captain as a senior … posted a 127-19 record with 88 pins … a three-time state champion … competed with Va. Team Predator Wrestling … a two-time Michigan Grappler All-American … an NHSCA All-American … Beast of the East Champion … graduated with honors.
