2014: Named to the NCBWA's Stopper of the Year Watch List before the season...finished 3-0 with two saves and a 2.81 ERA...walked only five hitters against 25 strikeouts...sophomore season was highlighted by getting a save in Feb. 25 win at #1 Virginia, allowing just an unearned run over five innings...pitched four innings in 2/16 win over Kentucky, again, not allowing an earned run...went three shutout frames 3/11 at Old Dominion...picked up the save 3/22 against Presbyterian...got his first collegiate win 4/9 against Richmond, thanks to three scoreless innings...also credited with the win 4/12 at High Point...pitched 5 1/3 innings over two days during HPU series...credited with 1 2/3 scoreless frames 4/22 at JMU...got his third win of the season 5/13 against Old Dominion.
2013: Had a banner first collegiate season, posting a 2.52 ERA in 16 appearances (25 innings)...in 15 relief outings, allowed no more than a single earned run...allowed just one earned run over his first five games, including a breakout game at Radford (3/16) where he pitched the final three innings without allowing a hit, recording his first save...shutout Coastal Carolina over 3 2/3 innings on March 30...went 1 2/3 shutout frames April 17 at VCU...made his first collegiate start April 23 against Virginia Tech giving four runs in 5 1/3 innings...allowed just one hit in two shutout frames April 26 against Liberty, striking out three.
