2011: Played in 13 games, starting four, as a true freshman…was 3 for 16 at the plate (.188) in limited duty…went 2 for 4 in season-opening Florida State series, including 1 for 3 in his first collegiate start Feb. 20…started three of VMI's next five games after that series…had his first collegiate extra base hit at Oregon State March 12, and also scored a run.
