Keydet Water Polo Announces Signees

LEXINGTON, Va. – The VMI water polo team announced its incoming class for the 2019-20 season Thursday, with six new student-athletes to join the team. Five of the six hail from the water polo rich state of California, with one from Georgia.

“I’m very excited to be welcoming this class to post this fall,’ said head coach Ryan Pryor. “We are graduating two and bringing in six, so this class will help improve our team depth immediately. It is a highly experienced group who have played for very high-level clubs. That will help make the transition to the college game a smooth one and I expect this class to make a significant impact right away. They are versatile group, both as whole and individually, which will give us great flexibility. With this incoming class and a very strong group of returning players, I’m excited to work toward taking the next steps as a program.”
