Saturday starter Matt Eagle is coming off perhaps the best outing of his career, as he threw six shutout innings last weekend against Quinnipiac. Eagle allowed just five hits and one walk while striking out a career-high nine.

Jacob Jaye made his first career start at third base Tuesday against Old Dominion - Jaye had two hits in the game and handled three chances in the field without incident.

Lefty Michael Geary pitched a career-high 2 1/3 innings in Tuesday's loss at ODU - Geary did not allow a run and struck out two.

Next Time Out

Following this series, the Keydets return home Tuesday to take on the Richmond Spiders at 6 p.m. The game will be video streamed on the SoCon Digital Network.
