Last Time Out
The Saint Francis Red Flash scored four goals in less than 11 minutes, on route to a 4-0 win over the VMI Keydets in non-conference women's soccer action Thursday in Lexington, Va. Ceci Keppeler made 11 saves in a losing effort.
VMI is still looking for its first win over Longwood, as the Lancers have won 11 of the 12 all-time meetings with the 12th having been a draw.
Last year was the first time since 2005 that VMI and Longwood had not played.
The Keydets have been busy early in the season, playing five games before the end of August. That is the most games VMI has ever played prior to the month of September, with the previous high having been three, which was done three times (2010, 2015, 2016).
