LEXINGTON, Va. - Basketball's Rodney Glasgow has been named the VMI Athlete of the Week, for the time period ending Jan. 22.
Glasgow scored 16 points in Saturday's loss to Coastal Carolina, tying for team-high honors and extending a run of six double figure scoring efforts in his last seven contests. Glasgow has also posted more than two turnovers just once since Dec. 1, and enters Wednesday's game at High Point ranked third in the Big South in assist/turnover ratio and fourth in assists per game.
VMI basketball is back in action Wednesday, traveling to High Point for a 7 p.m. game.
