2009-10: Earned 2009 Big South Women's Cross Country Freshman of the Year honors with her fourth-place finish at the conference meet...was the Keydets #2 runner at each meet during the season...part of the winning relay team during the season-opening VMI Relays...set a new 6K personal best at the Paul Short Run with a 21:52 effort...anchored VMI's second-place distance medley relay team at the Big South Indoor Championships, as the squad set a new school record with a 12:13.36 time...was sixth in the 5K at that meet (18:05), and also fourth in the mile...scored or assisted on 16 of VMI's program record 52 points...was fourth in the 3,000-meters at the Great Dane Classic, setting a new personal best with a time of 10:11.09...was third in the mile at the Kent State Invitational...redshirted the outdoor season.  

High School/Personal: Former USATF Cross Country All-American...also earned All-State honors in the cross country ranks...held All-District honors in cross country, indoor track and outdoor track...school record holder in 5K, 3,200, 1,600 and steeplechase...member of USA Track and Field Club...part of 2008 National Junior Olympics, where she earned All-American honors...member of National Society of High School Scholars...also in National Honor Society and French Honor Society...will be looked to as a leader of VMI's distance corps.
