High Point/VMI Baseball Game Suspended, to Resume Friday

LEXINGTON, Va. - The Thursday night baseball game between the VMI Keydets and the High Point Panthers was suspended due to rain. The game was tied, 1-1, in the bottom of the sixth inning. There was one out and VMI had two runners on, with Jordan Tarsovich coming to the plate against left-hander Sean Townsley. 

The game will resume Friday afternoon at 3 p.m., with the regularly scheduled game to follow at 6 p.m. The resumption will be broadcast on AM 1450 WREL as well as VMIKeydets.com, but will not be shown on the Big South Network. The 6 p.m. game will be shown on ESPN3.com.
