2016-17: During his final season of eligibility, competed in two cross country races with a best finish of 11th at the JMU Open.
2015-16: Finally earned his first career conference title with a win in the outdoor 800-meters...also finished fifth in the 1,500...won the 800 at Charlotte in a personal best effort (1:50.75)...indoors, qualified for the IC4A Championships in three events and competed in the 1,500-meters...was second in the 800 and mile at the conference championship....won the mile at the Virginia Tech Challenge and Youngstown State...set the school record in the 1000 at the latter (2:25.45)...was second in the 800 at the Camel City Invitational...also won the Virginia Tech Invitational...during XC season, finished ninth at the SoCon Championships, earning his second career all-conference honor (Second Team)...finished fifth at the Virginia Tech Alumni Invite...was ninth at the George Mason Invite.
2014-15: Competed in all seven of VMI's cross country events...closed out the XC year with a bang, earning Second Team All-Conference honors at the SoCon Championships with a 10th-place finish...posted a PR of 24:41 at that event...also PR'd in his first career 10K, the SE Regional Championships, where he was 74th overall...finished in the top-10 at JMU, UNCG and George Mason and finished 12th at Western Carolina...during the track seasons, qualified for the IC4A meets in five different events...season was highlighted by a (converted) 3:46.15 1,500 at Appalachian State...finished second in that event at the conference championships...finished 13th at the IC4A Championships...eighth in the mile at the indoor IC4A's...finished third in that event and the 800 at the SoCon Indoor Championships...won both the 1,000-meters and the 800 at the YSU Invite, doing both in IC4A qualifying times...qualified in the mile at the Hokie Invite.
2013-14: Qualified for the IC4A championships in the 1,500 (outdoors) and mile (indoors)...finished 24th in the mile and 25th in the 1,500...outdoors, posted a 1,500-meter PR of 3:50.14 at the Liberty Twilight Qualifier...finished ninth in the 1,500 and seventh in the 800 at the Big South Outdoor Championships...was 18th with a then-PR of 3:51.59 in the 1,500 at the George Mason Invite...indoors, was second in the 800 and sixth in the mile at the conference meet...also ran on the second place DMR squad that went on to qualify to IC4A's (and finish third)...finished fifth in the 800 at the Great Dane Classic...won the mile at the YSU Indoor Meet...ran in five of VMI's six cross country races and was the Keydets' #1 runner in midseason...finished eighth overall at the Charlotte Invitational...was 13th at the Blue Ridge Open with an 8K PR of 25:11...finished 26th at the Big South Championships.
2012-13: Teamed with Andrey Dmitriev and BSC indoor champion Jacob Lysher to create a formidable trio in the mid-distances...finished eighth in the 800 at the conference outdoor meet (1:55.77) and was 13th in the 1,500 (4:07.96)...set a new personal best in the 800 at the George Mason Invite (1:53.52)...second in the 800 at the Liberty Collegiate Invite...finished eighth in the 800 at the BSC Indoor Championships...also finished 22nd in the mile...ran on an IC4A qualifying DMR team that posted a 10:27.62 (not converted) time at the Fast Track Tune-Up...finished third in the mile in his first collegiate track meet, the Wake Forest Invite, with a seasonal best time of 4:21.66...had VMI's top time in the 1K, a 2:30.27...took part in the season-opening VMI Invitational, finishing second, just behind winner Cabell Willis...missed remainder of XC season due to injury.
High School/Personal: Third in the state in 800-meters...took first at the Prep League/LIJ Champs...ran a 1600-meter PR at the VISAA Track and Field Championships, finishing first...Personal bests: 800 - 1:53.54, 1,000-meters - 2:30.88, 1,600-meters - 4:16.58, 5K (XC) - 16:14.
