SALINA, Kan. - Former Keydet pitcher Connor Bach recently signed with the Salina Stockade, an independent team in the American Association.
Bach, who pitched in the Washington and Miami organizations in 2016 and was briefly signed by the Los Angeles Angels over the winter, has appeared in five games for the Stockade (as of 6/12), a team in its first year in the Association. He is a teammate, interestingly, of Skylar Hunter, the former closer for The Citadel, and is one of two former Keydets currently in the league, joining Michael Devine of Wichita. Wichita and Salina are divisional rivals and thus, those interested could see both players numerous times this season.
