PRINCETON, N.J. - Jordan White and Jay Broom were in action as the VMI men's track and field team wrapped up its season Sunday at the IC4A Championships in Princeton, N.J.

Broom, who also competed in the 5K at this meet on Friday, finished 29th in the 1,500-meters with a time of 3:56.76. White, meanwhile, finished up his collegiate career with a 20th-place finish in the discus (46.40 M/152'3").

"We had a solid season this year," said VMI head coach Darrin Webb. "Jay Broom really took a step forward, qualifying for IC4A's in two events, and Jordan and Brandon White both showed excellent leadership in wrapping up their respective collegiate careers. I'm proud of our seniors for everything that accomplished, and proud of our whole team for the talent and fortitude they showed this entire season."
