LEXINGTON, Va. - Every week during the 2018-19 academic year, VMI Athletics will release a 90 Seconds of Depth video feature to spotlight a cadet-athlete, coach or administrator.

Today we take an inside look at Kelia Aardema of VMI Women's Rifle. She explains how she got started in shooting, how she joined the team, and how rifle provides her an outlet to where she can get away from everything else going on.
