2017-18: Ran in all six of VMI's races during cross country season...led the team with a 17th-place finish at the SoCon meet...also finished 16th at JMU and in the top 35 at the VertCross Invite.
2016-17: Ran in four races during cross country season...finished 25th at the SoCon Championships with a new personal best effort of 25:05...competed in every meet during indoor season, including at Marshall where he posted a new PR in the 800 (1:57.52)...was on the winning 4X8 at Virginia Tech...outdoors, finished second in the 3K steeple at South Carolina and 12th at Duke, but recorded his best time (9:45.32) at Bucknell.
2015-16: True freshman showed drastic improvement throughout the cross country season, capped by a 25:21 personal best time at the SoCon Championships...finished 21st and earned All-Freshman Team honors at that meet...was a 41-second PR effort...went on to just miss the top-100 at the Regional Championships, finishing 101st in his first collegiate 10K (31:53)...indoors, was part of the IC4A qualifying DMR unit that finished eighth at that meet...DMR squad was also the runner-up at the SoCon meet...individually, finished 16th in the 5K indoors...outdoors, finished 15th in the 1,500 at the SoCon meet...was seventh in the 5K at the Mountaineer Outdoor Open.
High School/Personal: Eighth at the Virginia 6A XC state meet...intends to major in engineering.
