TWO-YEAR LETTERMAN - Returning quarterback with substantial experience both as a starter and reserve...should be in the two-deep picture...connected on a 20-yard pass in the final spring scrimmage for the longest pass play of the session.

2017 – Was the starting quarterback for the first four games of the season…completed 33 of 70 passes for 364 yards...injured in the season opener at Air Force but returned the following week to start and complete 15 of 34 passes for 199 yards including a season-long 42-yarder against Catawba...threw for 107 yards against Robert Morris including a long of 31 yards and also completed a 30-yard pass against Chattanooga...lettered for the second time.

2016 – Played in six games with two starts before being sidelined for the season finale because of injury the previous week…made starts against Western Carolina in week nine and The Citadel in week 10…completed 18 of 25 passes and one touchdown for a career-high 261 yards against Western Carolina Nov. 5…threw a career-long 46 yard pass to Aaron Sanders against Western Carolina…completed five of seven passes in his second start vs. The Ciatdel before leaving the game with injury…finished the season completing 58.6% of his passes for 413 yards…threw a two-yard touchdown pass to close out the scoring against Furman…lettered for the first time.

2015 - Redshirted the season and did not see game action. 

HIGH SCHOOL – A graduate of Salem (Va.) High School... All-Timesland and All-Conference...holds school's single season touchdown and completions record as well as career completions and completion percentage...second all-time at school in TD passes and yards – 27 TD’s, 122 completions, 2,177 yards – all senior season...career numbers – 237 completions, 38 TD passes, 3,700 yards passing (64%) 237/372...lettered in football (three years) - Baseball (three years) where he was All-Timesland and All-Conference Infielder and basketball (two years)...National Honor Society...Virginia Boys' State...participated in the Virginia Commonwealth All-Star Baseball Games.
