2017-18: Javelin thrower moved into top handful of throwers in program history with his 55.91 M (183'5") effort at the SoCon Championships...finished third in the event and 14th in the discus...was the final SoCon Field Athlete of the Week after a 55.47 M javelin toss at Liberty, the first SoCon weekly recognition of his career...finished seventh at UVA and 15th at Virginia...recognized by the ECAC for academic excellence.
2016-17: Wrapped up his season with a personal best effort of 51.24 M/168'1" at Liberty...was good for fifth place...finished ninth at South Carolina and 14th at George Mason...did not compete during indoor season.
2015-16: Finished 11th in the javelin at the conference championship...was fourth at Bucknell...finished eighth at Charlotte was a seasonal best effort (49.40 M/162'1")...did not compete during the indoor season.
2014-15: Originally scheduled to be a multi-event athlete, shifted to the javelin and made an impact...finished fifth in the conference in that event with a heave of 49.91 meters at the outdoor championships...seventh at the Charlotte Invite, one of only two other meets he competed at during his true freshman season.
High School/Personal: Two-year letterwinner at Sherando HS...finished third in the conference, fifth in region and ninth in state in discus...named male track athlete of the year at Sherando...served as a team captain senior year...also lettered one year in football...maintained A honor roll throughout high school...father was a track and field athlete at George Mason...intends to major in biology.
