2017-18: Took part in five races during cross country season, highlighted by a 27th-place finish at the SoCon Championships...was limited to just two total meets during track season...finished 15th in the mile at the SoCon Indoor Championships. 

2016-17: Led VMI in all seven races during a breakthrough cross country season....earned Second Team All-SoCon honors with a 12th-place finish at the conference championship...won the JMU Open for VMI's first individual event victory since 2011 (Noah Hagos)...was awarded SoCon Student-Athlete of the Week laurels for his efforts, marking the first time a VMI athlete had won that award in its year-plus of existence at the time...finished 75th at the NCAA regional meet...outdoors, qualified for the IC4A Championships in both the 1,500 and 5K...marked the first time he had qualified for an individual IC4A event...won the 1,500 at South Carolina...recorded a personal best in that event at George Mason (3:54.07)...was 10th in the 5K at the Bison Outdoor Classic...indoors, was part of the DMR unit that finished sixth at the IC4A meet and won at Marshall...won the 4X8 at Virginia Tech, where he was also fifth in the mile in personal best time...finished seventh in the 800 at the Liberty Kickoff.

2015-16: First full track season included a sixth-place finish in the mile indoors...was also 11th in the 5K...earned all-freshman efforts for his mile performance...also earned that for his eighth-place finish in the 1,500 outdoors...was sixth in the mile indoors at YSU...outdoors, earned his first collegiate event win in the 5K at Appalachian State...competed in the DMR at the indoor IC4A meet...during cross country season, set PR's at three of the year's seven meet...finished 24th at the SoCon Championships...was 102nd and VMI's #4 runner at the regional championships.

2014-15: Was 59th at the 6,400-meter Covered Bridge Open in his only event of the cross country season...finished seventh in the 3K at the Fred Hardy Invite, in his only event of track season.

High School/Personal: Three-year cross country letterwinner....four-time all-region and won a conference title...also lettered four years in indoor and outdoor track...four-time all-conference indoors, where he won the 2014 1,600 and 3,200-meter titles...also won the 1,600 regional title indoors as a senior...outdoors, was a six-time all-conference honoree and three-time all-region member...part of the conference winning 4X800-meter relay in 2013...tabbed for the Superintendent's Scholar-Athlete Award in 2013-14, when he was the multi-sport athlete with the highest GPA in his grade...intends to major in mechanical engineering.
