2016-17: Posted a collegiate best in his main event, the 800, at the Marshall indoor meet...finished on the fourth-place DMR team at that meet as well, a team that qualified to the IC4A Championships and wound up finishing sixth...on the winning 4X8 team at Virginia Tech...outdoors, limited to three meets...finished 13th in the 800 at Liberty and in the 1,500 at the Weems Baskin Invite...took part in two races during XC season, with a best finish of 22nd at the JMU Open.
2015-16: Ran just two races during cross country season, but did set a new personal best at the Virginia Tech Alumni Invite (8K)...closed out his outdoor campaign with an 11th-place finish in the 800 at the SoCon Championships, where he posted a collegiate best of 1:57.27...was seventh at the Mountaineer Outdoor Open...indoors, best finish was a seventh-place result at High Point...finished eighth at the Virginia Tech Challenge with a new collegiate indoor PR of 1:58.59.
2014-15: Ran a seasonal best time in the 800 at the YSU Invite, finishing 24th...won a three-person 1,000-meter race at the Liberty Quad, timing in at 2:37.23 to do so...ran the opening leg for the fifth-place DMR team at the SoCon Indoor Championships...competed at just one meet during the outdoor season, the Fred Hardy Invite, where he ran the 4X4 and was 21st in the 800...did not compete during cross country season.
High School/Personal: Four-year letterwinner at Stafford HS in Fredericksburg...brother of former Keydet middle distance runner Jacob...in outdoor track, was all-district and all-region in the 800...also was on numerous all-district, region and state relays, particularly 4X800-meter versions, both indoor and outdoor...Free-Lance Star All-Area 2013...team MVP 2014 (outdoor)...was all-district and region in the 1000 indoors in 2014...all-district in the 500 in 2013...member of regional champion 4X800 and 4X400-meter relays indoors in 2012...member of 2013 XC district and regional champions (2013)...Honor Graduate...awarded Jimmy Jones Indian Award, given to senior male athlete who exhibited the most heart and was a role model...father ran two years at Virginia Tech, mother is a Longwood field hockey alumna...sister Lindsey played field hockey for Longwood.
