2015: Saw action in 38 games and hit .215 with a homer and nine RBI...went 5 for 10 with three extra-base hits. four runs scored and three RBI in first two games of the season at North Florida...hit his first career home run in 3/11 win at JMU...3 for 5 with two runs scored and two steals 3/15 vs. Central Connecticut State...2 for 3 with two RBI on a game-winning single in win at #12 Virginia 4/1, the first VMI had beaten Virginia back to back times since 1958/1960...made a game-saving, diving catch to preserve win over ETSU 4/12...nine of his final 11 appearances were as a defensive replacement, when he did not record an at-bat.
2014: Played in 40 games, starting 21, as a true freshman...was frequent defensive replacement late in games...played center field his first year on Post, with Brandon Angus moving to right field when he was in the game...hit .188 with three doubles and four RBI...3 for 5 with a double and RBI in 3/1 win over UMES...also 2 for 3 with a run scored in win over Buffalo that same day...1 for 3 with a RBI in 3/5 loss at Wake Forest...2 for 4 with a RBI and run scored in middle game of Presbyterian series...scored two runs April 26 vs. Winthrop...1 for 3 with a run scored and a double in season finale vs. Charleston Southern...threw out potential winning run at home plate in extra innings of April 13 win at High Point...also recorded outfield assist 4/26 at Winthrop.
